singing in the rain

it was a crazy rainy week here too, there was hotness and rain but also good times. i went to jujuy for a training thing that lasted 3 days, it was super cool. stuff that we have been changing in the way  we teach but its world wide and comes from the prophet, this next comming year its how they will teach in all of the mtcs. we learned how to teach and did a ton of practicing, it was like a mini mtc. i went from my zone for the hermanas and this next transfer i will have to do devisions and teach the other hermanas what we learned. its all how to be a better teacher. it was awesome! nnow i just have to apply it. sometimes we get stuck in a habit of teaching and its hard to get out. but if we want to teach people to their needs we need to do it the way we are taught the way the prophet has taught us through our leaders. so woohoo for changes. it was a random adventure cuz i had to travel alone with my zone leaders and the other district leaders in my zone, i didnt think i had changed but we will see just how weird i am around "normal people" when i get home. hahaha
i learned alot that i cant put all togeather, but one of the things i loved was about the book of mormon, how it truely is the word of God because of the way it was written and translated directly from the language of the prophets into inglish, no intermedios, just through the powed of God we have his words, so they literaly are the same words that they wrote, where as the bible was translated so many times that alot of  the strength and power of the words has been lost. i didnt understand that untill i compared it to my spanish, its the difference between the power of my words in english becasue its my language and spanish that i have to translate, its different when i have the spirit helping, but when im just talking in spanish alot of time it doeant have the same strength or meaning like i want it too. thats why the book of mormon is amazing! and will change the lifes of so many people. because it is the word of God, exactly how it was ment to be. i love it! , i hope that all makes sence  to you.
i got back thursday night . friday we checked up on the investigators that we couldnt see and prepared for the baptisim we had saturday! yay! florencia and domingo Aramayo. they are a married couple, 2 of thier kids were baptised about 9 years ago and they werent married then so they never got baptised. there was a  sweet spirit there, like cantalope sweet. :) florencia was super nervous because she says she is afraid of water, but it went so smoothly  and while watching her enter the water there was a peace and a joy that only comes by the spirit. i know baptisim is the only way to enter the path back to our father in heaven, with out baptisim the door is locked, and there is a special feeling when we get to see someone open that door and step through it.  as my comp says " there is a party in heaven everytime someone is baptised" :) i believe it.
it was kind of a crazy week to be gona from my are all week and then come home to a baptisim but pretty cool. now we need to get back out there and keep finding, teaching and baptising :)
so mom you can sleep easier now, while i was away my comps found a sick spider in one of their shoes and deicded to listen to my directions and feed my pet scorpion, but turned out the spider was bigger , :( don morochito has passed away to a better place where it probably isnt as hot and his food wont eat him.
i bought new shoes today, we will see how they work out, they are just fillers until the end, mine are pretty thrashed. umm life is good. anyone know whats going on for christmas? who will be around for when i call?
ok i love you all. thanks for the prayers. i have been so protected on the mission and i know the lord is with us, i can feel it when i pray.
peace, love and the book or mormon.
