Happy Easter/Conference {part 2?}

eliz pascua! creo que esta es como escribir easter. no sé.

 bueno! all is well confrence was awesome! we got to watch it in english and i have never felt like confrence went by so fast. there was an " what its over!?" moment. did anyone else notice that it was pretty much only about the family, how to be a parent, how to have a strong priesthood as the head of the family, how to be a mother, how to teach your kids to have faith, to pray, to have family night, to testify to your family and have scripture study. then the other subject was christ and the atonement, how we can live together forever only becasue of the give what jesus christ gave to us. but becasue he gave us this gift we can be a family for all eternity, which is even a better reason to start a faithful family now to be ready when forever comes. ya crazy! you would think its important :) alot of converts that i've talked to have said that the plan of salvation is what really converts them. but its true its the only way we can live together forever, and death isnt so horrible. i loved it all!

 soo story, ok ready? so im in an new area. woohoo. its called san pedro, im back in jujuy, but for all you return missionaries who will figure it out, yes it is too early for transfers. we ( us 5 hermanas that were in tucuman) are now in san pedro and  the elders that were here are now in tucuman. we had a problem with a guy who when he saw us would wait for us and try to bug us but it started happening more often and so president wanted to change us to prevent anything from happening in the future. so now me and my comp get to start over in a new area and try to learn how to get everywhere. but its cool. we already have met a ton of the members, they are all excited to have sister missionaries becasue it has been like 6 years or more, and we felt like it was ment to happen, even the branch president here told us he felt like there needed to ba a change and fels good about this. we are gonna do some good here. they have a ton of youth and we are getting to know them, i think we are going to try to use them a bunch and prepare them for missions :)

here its cold, ok not that cold but i got use to always living in summer. for easter they dont do much, its the whole week that they celebrate as catholics. the last sunday was the sunday de la rama, ( the branch) when christ entered the city on a donkey and people put the [palm leaves] on the ground, then there was holy thursday when we washed the feet and had the last super and then holy friday when he died. so really all week is a holiday. its weird the actual sunday of easter there wasnt really anything. they really dont celebrate his resurection as much as his death. and they give out little chocolate eggs that have little toys in them. but ya not much. it didnt really feel like easter with the cold and the last of festivities but it was still a great day off confrence and knocking doors. :) we are totally stoked to start fresh and find people, people have been letting us in more becasue they are use to elders and know to reject them, but they didnt know that we are from the same church so they have been slower to shut the door which gives us more time to talk, hahaah. its good and im excited.

 i loved hearing the voice of the prophet and his apostles, they get me pumped to go and share their message with others, that its ture, chirst lives and he has a living prophet to guide us and the message is good and happy and will bless your lives and the lives of your children. i love it and i  know its ture. now i need to live it. it turely is amazing the difference we can see as missionaries between families who pray togeather and that family night and stuff like that and those who dont. all of us sisters have realised that some of the greatest things we've learned on the mission is how to have a family and the importance of the gospel in the home. its amazing. so listen to the prophets! :) i love you all. im doing great. thanks for your love and prayers.
les amo. hermana hanson.
