( the heading is for you dave.)
im pretty sure ill be writing next week so no worries, its almost the last but not quite, yes all you who have not written me in the last year and a half you have one more chance to write me as a missionary, better jump on the band wagon, cuz its takin off foon. ( beep beep, 2 spots left!)
so because its not the last i dont have to get all sappy and make everyone cry. ok i dont think i could anyway.
so ya, we had a crazy fast week. but last monday feels like forever ago, how does that work?! its ok im sure this week will go by even faster. my comp is awesome and helping me not loose focus, we still are knocking doors and teaching, but its weird knowing that i wont be able to see them progress later on, but i can still have faith that they will progress and find the turth through Christ even after im gone. God has His plans and i just get to be apart of it, so really it doesnt matter if i go or not, the work will still be done. i just have to keep doing it as long as i can to give my Savior all I've got.
we had my last zone confrence this last tuesday, it was awesome, my president knows sooo much about history and doctrine, we taught about the apostasy and how it all litteraly happened in history, we all came out mind boggled and wanting more. its amazing how our father in heaven has a plan, and he knows what will happen and what had to happen, thats why i really shouldnt stress out as much becuase i know if i do all i can things will go acording to plan, sometimes its just easy to forget.
its like this week we finally went back to a kid that we had tuaght 2 in the door but everytime we actualy had an apointment with him we didnt make it, so we finally went back becasue my comp felt like we needed to see him, so we did and he recieved us and it was a good lesson, and then the nest time we went back i had the random feeling that we shouls call hernan, a member that lives close and had about the same age, so i did and he came, and then when we got there turned out that they went to grade school togeather and were clasmates. it was really cool, and not only was it good for the kid but also for hernan to get excited about sharing the gospel with his friends, after all he could say was, " i never thought he would want to listen to the missionaries" he was totally stunned that this friend of his was talking to us. and i love it because its like that, we never know who the lord is preparing to recieve the truth and we are not the people who get to decide who get the oppertunity to listen or not, we need to share it with everyone because its the lords work, and He knows whos ready, and if their not ready then someone else is. not im going to listen to my worn words and go talk to more people. haha sometimes its hard to listen to yourself until you write it out.
i love this work and i know My savior is watching over it and us.
i love you all and il be seeing you soon, ya ya. but iv got to say it sometime. but im not trunky!!! :)
much love!
