Hola!

Another week has passed, and again i cant really tell you what has happened, today we went to humawaca its kinda far and we woke up super early, but its a little adobe town in the mountains but the mountains that are different colors of rock at every level, it was pretty cool. We went as a zone so we had a bus take just all 40 of us. It was weird to play tourist.

We had a zone confrence this last Friday, its my 2 and i got my other package, when i opened it i saw the bug first and turned it on to see what it would do, and it went off the desk and started to go inbetween the tables and chairs but i didnt want to loose it so i started chasing it around everyone, it was really funny and then it went over by hermana northcutt and she thought it realy was a bug and it scared her, :) it was awesome, then everyone kept playing with it during breaks, so thanks dad, the bug was a hit!

I like zone confrences, they give the spiritual boost i need, its like going back to the mtc for a couple hours, our zone is growing fast, we keep getting more missionaries, but we need to be stronger spiritauly to keep up with the investigators. I was taught that i cant change the ward, this had been hard for me, becasue here our Branch is so small and they depend on us for alot, but then we cant do anything to help the members be better members, haha ya another duh moment but sometimes we feel like we need to fix everything, but that is not why im here, i am here to brng the gospel to poeple who dont know about it and help them find their way to chirst. my request is that everyone who reads this goes out and finds a refrence for the missionaries in their area and then goes with them to the lesson! It helps sooo much - it is rediculous how much members help in a lesson.

First story, its still about soledad morales, haha, yep its always about her, :) i truely believe her or her son are going to have an influence in the church, or on someone else´s life that is important to this work, everytime she is close to baptisim she finds a new doubt, or has a new trial or something crazy which says that church is wrong. Ahh we pray alot for her and we finally found a member that clicks with her and this member was the only one who could help with her doubt, it was about how nephi was comamded to kill laban but we are comamded not to kill, and a couple other crazy things, but we tried to explain and it just didnt help. So gabi, this member who is also less active was the key. So she, soledad has another date for this next Friday to be baptised. On the moments that are hard, which are fewer now, i remember soledad and how much i love her, and how much our heavenly father loves her and how wonderful the gospel is, and how her life can change with the gospel in her life, then i remember that i am needed and the work is good again.

Mom asked about new years, it was pretty much the same as christmas, like exactly, haha a little less exciting becasue we has just done it the week before, we are glad that time is passed and we can focus on the work more.

Haha andy mentioned that coke and dark sodas were against the rules on his brothers misión in salta, they still are, the pepsi pic was a joke, but i guess i just forgot to say that was a rule, and no i didnt buy it, :) it was also the only closer up pic of me. One day i will send more, i need to do better at taking them.

Our other awesome investigador, Nancy is not doing so awesome, and its a heart breaker, she knows its true, she has a testimony, we asked her if she has prayed to know for sure if the church was trae and if she needed to get baptised, she hasnt, but she said she knows if she does she will get an answer, and she doesnt feel she is ready to act on the answer. Yeah what is that, she knows its true!! She is scared to change her life but she has already seen the blessings and the good change that has happened. Yep. We are still visiting her, she is a great person and i really do love her, maybe not this transfer but she will find her way to the water, ahaha.

My favorite part of being a missionary is feeling the love of christ of people. Its hard sometimes because we have to watch them do dumb things too but i really do love my investigators, kinda gives me an idea of the love of a parent, haha hay look i'm learning life lessons :)

i am thankful for the love of my family and the love of chist. We need more love in this life, like elder vendar talks about in that talk, we really do need to show more love.
